Application

  • Electronic volume flow controllers of Type Universal (static) are designed for use with VAV terminal units.

Funktionsbeschreibung

Charakteristisch für Volumenstrom-Regelgeräte ist ein geschlossener Regelkreis zur Regelung des Volumenstromes, das heißt Messen – Vergleichen – Stellen.

Die Messung des Volumenstromes erfolgt durch Messung eines Differenzdruckes (Wirkdruck). Das Volumenstrom-Regelgerät enthält dazu einen Differenzdrucksensor.

Der Wirkdruck wird von einem statischen Differenzdrucktransmitter in ein Spannungssignal umgesetzt. Der Volumenstrom-Istwert steht als Spannungssignal zur Verfügung. Durch die werkseitige Justage entspricht 10 V DC immer dem Nennvolumenstrom (VNenn).

Der Volumenstrom-Sollwert wird von einem übergeordneten Regler (z. B. Raumtemperaturregler, Luftqualitätsregler, Gebäudeleittechnik) oder durch Schaltkontakte vorgegeben. Die variable Volumenstromregelung erfolgt zwischen Vmin und Vmax. Die Übersteuerung der Raumtemperaturregelung durch Zwangsschaltungen, beispielsweise Absperrung, ist möglich.

Der Regler vergleicht den Volumenstrom-Sollwert mit dem aktuellen Istwert und steuert der Regelabweichung entsprechend den Stellantrieb.

Die Volumenstrom-Parameter Vmin und Vmax sind an Potentiometern eingestellt (VRP) oder im Regler gespeichert. Spannungsbereiche sind im Regler gespeichert. Kundenseitige Änderungen lassen sich per Potentiometer, mit einem Einstellgerät oder einem Notebook mit Service-Tool leicht durchführen.

Volumenstromregelung

Funktionsbeschreibung

Der Differenzdruck wird von einem statischen Differenzdrucktransmitter in ein Spannungssignal umgesetzt. Der Differenzdruck-Istwert steht als Spannungssignal zur Verfügung. Durch die werkseitige Justage entspricht 10 V DC immer dem Nenndifferenzdruck (ΔpNenn).

Der Differenzdruck-Sollwert ist konstant oder wird vom Sollwertgeber oder durch Schaltkontakte vorgegeben.

Der Regler vergleicht den Differenzdruck-Sollwert mit dem aktuellen Istwert und steuert der Regelabweichung entsprechend den Stellantrieb.

Die Differenzdruck-Parameter sind an einem Potentiometer eingestellt (VRP-STP) oder im Regler gespeichert. Spannungsbereiche sind im Regler gespeichert. Kundenseitige Änderungen lassen sich per Potentiometer, mit einem Einstellgerät oder einem Notebook mit Service-Tool leicht durchführen.

Konstantdruckregelung

Constant pressure control

The differential pressure setpoint value as given in the order code is stored as Δpmin in the controller. The nominal differential pressure Δpnom is the reference unit.

To maximise the control accuracy, different pressure ranges with the corresponding nominal differential pressures are used. The correct range is factory set. It is possible to change Δpmin at a later stage but only within the factory set pressure range.

Variable pressure control

A setpoint value signal enables variable pressure control. The control range is Δpmin to Δpmax, based on the setpoint value signal 0 (2) – 10 V.
